  The "Process Chart for Proposal-Based Corporate Sales" is a framework for visualizing and standardizing the process of proposal-based corporate sales.
We have developed a mandalachart from the process map that is used in our sales process design training in our corporate sales training program.
The characteristic of the mandalachart is that the whole, its parts, and their relationships can be seen at a glance, enabling visualization of the entire sales process flow, detailed definitions at each stage, and the relationships among them.
By organizing and standardizing these features, we believe it will be useful for building and improving our own sales process.
