These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the websites, applications,
and related services (collectively, the “Services”) provided by MK International,
Inc. (“we,” “us,” or “our”).

You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of your account information and for appropriately managing your login credentials and other authentication information.

4. User Data
The Services may allow you to create, enter, save, edit, manage, or share Mandala Charts and other data (“User Data”).
You retain your rights in your User Data.
You grant us the limited right to process User Data only to the extent reasonably necessary to provide, operate, maintain, secure, and improve the Services.
You are responsible for creating appropriate backups of important User Data unless the applicable Service expressly provides otherwise.
We do not guarantee permanent storage, preservation, or recovery of User Data.
5. External Storage and Third-Party Services
Certain Services may use or integrate with third-party services, including cloud storage, authentication services, payment services, analytics services, and other platforms.
Where you choose to store data in your own external cloud storage account or use another third-party service, your use of that service is also subject to the terms and privacy policies of the applicable third-party provider.
We are not responsible for interruptions, changes, data loss, or other issues caused by third-party services, except to the extent required by applicable law.
6. AI-Powered Features
Certain features of the Services use generative artificial intelligence technology provided by OpenAI or other AI service providers.
When you use an AI-powered feature, information necessary to generate a response may be transmitted to the relevant AI service provider for processing.
AI-generated content may contain errors, inaccuracies, incomplete information, or inappropriate results. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, reliability, suitability, or availability of AI-generated content.
AI-generated content is intended to support thinking, planning, reflection, and other activities and should not be treated as a substitute for professional advice or independent judgment.
You are responsible for evaluating AI-generated content and deciding whether and how to use it.
Please do not enter personal information, confidential information, trade secrets, or other sensitive information into AI-powered features unless you have determined that doing so is appropriate.

7. Prohibited Conduct
You must not:
1. Use the Services in violation of applicable laws or regulations
2. Infringe the intellectual property rights, privacy rights, or other rights of another person
3. Enter, upload, transmit, or distribute unlawful, harmful, fraudulent, or otherwise inappropriate content
4. Access or attempt to access another person’s account or data without authorization
5. Interfere with or disrupt the operation, security, or integrity of the Services
6. Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems, networks, or infrastructure
7. Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or otherwise attempt to obtain source code from the Services, except where expressly permitted by applicable law
8. Use automated means to access the Services in a manner that places an unreasonable burden on our systems
9. Circumvent technical restrictions or security measures implemented in the Services
10. Use the Services in any other manner that we reasonably determine may interfere with their proper operation or the rights of other users
8. Intellectual Property Rights
All intellectual property rights relating to the Services, including software, designs, logos, graphics, text, trademarks, service names, and other content provided by us, belong to us or to the respective rights holders.
Nothing in these Terms transfers ownership of such intellectual property rights to you.
You may not reproduce, modify, distribute, sell, sublicense, or otherwise exploit content provided through the Services beyond the scope permitted by the Services or applicable law without prior authorization from the relevant rights holder.
9. Fees and Paid Services
Certain Services or features may be offered for a fee.
Where paid Services are offered, applicable prices, billing periods, payment methods, renewal conditions, cancellation procedures, and other relevant terms will be presented before purchase or subscription.
Payments may be processed by third-party platforms or payment service providers. Their respective terms and conditions may also apply.
Except where required by applicable law or expressly stated otherwise, fees already paid are generally non-refundable.

We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, reliability, or usefulness of information or results provided through the Services, including AI-generated content.
The Services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis to the extent permitted by applicable law.
Nothing in these Terms excludes any warranties, rights, or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded.
13. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or similar damages arising from or relating to the use of, or inability to use, the Services.
We are not responsible for loss or damage resulting from user-managed data, external services, internet connectivity, device failures, unauthorized use caused by a user’s failure to appropriately manage account credentials, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.
Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes liability where such limitation or exclusion is prohibited by applicable law.

Our handling of personal information in connection with the Services is governed by our Privacy Policy.

15. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms when necessary due to changes in applicable laws, the Services, technologies, or our business practices.
If we make material changes, we will provide notice through our website, the Services, or another appropriate method.
The revised Terms will become effective when posted or on another effective date specified by us.
Your continued use of the Services after the revised Terms become effective constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms to the extent permitted by applicable law.
16. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Japan, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
Unless otherwise required by applicable law, any dispute arising out of or relating to the Services or these Terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Japan having jurisdiction over the location of our principal office.
Nothing in this section limits any rights that users may have under mandatory consumer protection laws applicable in their country or region.
